This month the team at Loop had the opportunity to welcome and host their direct marketing contacts who travelled across the country from Atlanta to New York, on a business trip for some extensive networking and to learn from the team and managing director of Loop.
The team of Marketing experts at Loop, based in New York regularly embark on business trips to new cities across the United States themselves, so of course they were more than happy to host their friends from Atlanta who they know through the marketing industry. “Business trips are a key fundamental within our industry, the purpose being to keep us up to date with marketing trends in other cities and network amongst other successful marketing teams, to learn from them and develop ourselves” says managing director of Loop.
Loop welcomed the group from Atlanta into their office for the week, inviting them to join in morning meetings and training sessions, encouraging them to get involved in friendly competitions. “We pride ourselves on our energized company culture and the strong bond we have built here at Loop. It’s always interesting to share with visitors, their way of doing things, and trading team building exercises and incentives with each other, to keep things fresh and inspired”, explains the CEO of Loop.
Business trips are a traditional part of the marketing industry and managing director MD of Loop, encourages her team to take part on a trip at least once a month, “these trips give the team the chance to keep things interesting, visit new places and provide networking opportunities”, explains the CEO. “Visiting a new city on business gives teams a wider perspective on their industry, meeting with people in the same field in another location, discovering how they work and sharing their ideas with each other.”
